Fifteen luxurious, self-contained cottages (studios to three bedroom) each with kitchen, bathroom (some with double spa), dining, lounge with television, wood fire and barbeque. Breakfast baskets and dinners by arrangement. Each unit enjoys its own individual design, to maximise the features of its location. Metres from the beach and with exquisite views, they exemplify seaside living. Moreover, they are furnished in keeping with Piermont Retreat's standards of quality comfort and superb flair and style.
Each cottage has been built bio-sustainably without the use of synthetics or chemicals. Piermont has a neutral magnetic field to guarantee restful sleep. Even the water at Piermont is energised, just like deep mountain spring water. Piermont resort offers a one of a kind, full recuperative experience, for couples, families and business people alike.

Premium Spa Suites
Piermont Retreat offers six premium spa suites, completed in January 2008. They are designed for guests who don't really want to cook, do laundry or make their own beds whilst they are on their holidays. That is why they are not fully self-contained (as are all Piermont cottages) and why they are serviced daily. They complement perfectly with the new Restaurant.
Piermont suites are spacious king bed rooms, with double spas, ensuite and french doors leading to large balconies with spectacular views across the bay to Freycinet.

Located in a modern wing of the original 1835 homestead, Piermont restaurant is truly unique. Thoughtfully designed to complement the original building while incorporating modern, light filled design, Piermont Restaurant is the ideal place for a special meal.
Superbly positioned overlooking Great Oyster Bay and central to all accommodation at Piermont, the restaurant is just a pleasant stroll from your cottage. The menu features a strong emphasis on the highest quality Tasmanian ingredients, and the wine list features a hand picked selection of Tasmania’s finest wines.
