The entrance to Sub Zero is on the middle level and the foyer area opens to a ski storage area and a drying cupboard with plenty of racks to dry the days wet gear, bedroom 1 with queen bed, ensuite and spa and also the laundry fitted with basin, washer and dryer.

A fixed gate has been installed for the restriction of infant access at both the top level and middle levels of the chalet. Down the stairs you will find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 offers 4 single bunk beds and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with bath toilet and vanity. It consists of dining for 8 persons.

A large modern spacious kitchen comes equipped with microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator and freezer. As you enter Red Robin Chalet you will find bedroom 1 with queen sized bed. A bathroom is close by with corner spa/shower and vanity. Down the stairs you will find bedrooms 2 and 3 which both contain 4 single bunk beds and close by is bathroom number 2.

Upstairs on level 3 is the living area and it offers a large kitchen consisting of all modern appliances including, microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, island bench and full size refrigerator/freezer. The dining room has seating for 8 persons and the lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater couch, stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows, combustion wood fire, television, DVD, stereo and private balcony.

Also on this level you will find 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom - a queen and one with a set of single bunk beds an another single. Downstairs on the lower level besides direct outside access you will find a laundry, second drying cupboard and further ski and board storage. There are two bedrooms that directly mirror the bedrooms above. Located on the lower level you will also find a second bathroom with spa, toilet and vanity along with a sauna to relieve those aches and pains.

The top floor is spacious offering stunning views and contains the living dining and kitchen areas. The dining area comfortably seats 10 adults and the large kitchen offers loads of bench and cupboard space including a floor to ceiling pantry. Black Diamond is a three-storey, prestigious chalet, positioned alongside the Basin ski run and is the seventh chalet down from the Village Chairlift. It is a true ski in - ski out property and one of the highest quality Hotham Heights Chalets. An undercover car space is included on Hot Plate Drive.

Black Diamond boasts an amazing open plan kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. On the lower level, level 1, is a 4 person spa, drying area, ski storage, laundry and master bedroom. A separate bathroom with shower, toilet and basin are also located on the lower level. An external door allows access to decking with an open end that offers direct access to the ski run. All apartments contain fresh linen at the start of your stay and a starter supply of consumables.

Jagungal also offers child safety gates on levels 2 and 3 to restrict the movement of infants. On the lower level there is an outside access door and laundry with washer, dryer and sink. Another 2 bedrooms are on this level. Bedroom 3 offers queen bed and ensuite whilst bedroom 4 offers 4 single bunk beds plus a single bed with a television and VCR to keep the children amused. KT is a three-storey Hotham Heights Chalet located on Hot Plate Drive, the heated driveway that accesses the chalets, and is the fourth chalet down from the Village Chair lift. An undercover car space is located opposite the property.

On the way downstairs to level one there is a landing which accesses a bedroom. This bottom level also has a sauna, access outside via a door and balcony. The top floor of the chalet, Level 3, contains the combined kitchen, living, and dining area. The house is kept warm throughout with electric wall panel heating.

All four bedrooms are on this level and as you enter the chalet and go down three stairs find a bedroom containing 4 single bunk beds. Close to a separate toilet, common bathroom and sauna. Bedroom 2 also has 4 x single bunk beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, bench seat, private ensuite, floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The ensuite offers corner spa/shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 4 is at the end of the hall and it has floor to ceiling windows, queen size bed and television. The views from the two queen bedrooms facing the Basin ski run are certainly inspiring to wake to each day.

The top floor offers spacious living, dining and kitchen with a separate retreat for children. As you walk up the stairwell you immediately enter a stunning lounge area set around a large wood combustion fireplace and entertainment area. There are 3-seater and 4-seater leather couches displayed around the television and fireplace along with comfortable window seating with leather cushioning for up to 12 adults. The television is accompanied by a VCR, DVD and stereo system. There are also 2 leather armchairs strategically placed next to the floor to ceiling windows leading to the private upstairs balcony for those just looking to relax. The balcony offers uninterrupted stunning views of Mount Hotham.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably but has 2 extra chairs that can be squeezed in if required. The kitchen is modern and spacious with plenty of cupboard and bench space. Appliances include full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and microwave. The kitchen bench doubles as a breakfast bar if required. A quaint rustic bridge crosses from the lounge to the children’s retreat where adults are not welcome mainly because of the ceiling height where another 3-seater couch sits in front of a television and DVD/VCR. If required the couch does fold out into a double bed. Electronic panel heating warms the house do your personal temperature setting.

Down the stairs you will find a rear access door, laundry with washer, dryer and basin and further drying facilities. There is a common bathroom with spa/shower, toilet, vanity servicing one queen bedroom and another with 4 x single bunk beds. The bunk room offers a second television and VCR to solve any television disputes and is perfect for the children.

The top level of Cloudbreaker offers lounge, dining and living. The whole area is predominantly surrounded by floor to ceiling windows to the north and west leading to a private balcony offering breathtaking views. There are dining facilities for up to 8 people, and the lounge offers a 3 seater couch and 2 single seater armchairs and 2 ottomans. Down stairs to level two could easily be dedicated to children. There is a separate toilet and a hallway that leads past a children’s retreat area containing a television, video, stereo and a two-seater couch. The bathroom on this level has a shower over a bath and a bedroom that has two sets of bunks end to end and a window seat/bench with mattress style cushions. This level has direct outdoor access.

The lowest level is down another set of stairs and consists of a bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks. The bunks are set up not quite over each other so there is small storage space for a bag directly under the top bunk next to the lower bed on a shelf. There is a large bathroom with a shower over a very deep/long spa bath. Accessible from this bathroom is a sauna.

The top floor, level four, has a combined kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen features a ten-foot timber slab bench and also contains a breadmaker and coffee plunger as well as the standard dishwasher, microwave and electric stove/ oven. A wood combustion fireplace, dining setting for eight, television, video, stereo and a balcony to take advantage of the magnificent views over the ski area are features of the living area. The house is kept warm throughout with electric wall panel heating.

The entrance to the chalet is on the middle level and here is storage for skis and snowboards along with a large drying room. The laundry has a washer, dryer and sink. Bedroom 1 contains a queen size bed, whilst bedroom 2 has 4 single bunk beds, wardrobe and a further single bed. A bathroom with corner spa/shower and vanity is also available to service these 2 bedrooms along with a separate toilet.

Down the stairs there is a landing that contains bedroom 3 which contains 4 single bunk beds. As you continue down the stairs you come to another bathroom with shower and vanity, separate toilet, further drying and storage cupboard and the master bedroom with ensuite and television. It contains queen bed with ensuite facilities.

A rear exit door is available for those wanting to try and sneak out below the raised walkways but usually the safest access to the basin ski run is via the front door. Upstairs you will find the lounge, kitchen, dining, floor to ceiling windows stunning views and your own private balcony. The spacious kitchen offers large pantry, full size fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of bench space. There are dining facilities for up to 10 persons, though that would be a little cramped and in the lounge 2 x 3 seater couches surround a wood combustion heater, CD Stereo, television, DVD and entertainment unit.

Down stairs you will find the master bedroom with queen bed, an ensuite containing corner spa/shower, vanity and toilet. The bedroom faces the Basin ski run has beautiful views to wake up to each day.There is a separate children's retreat room next door which is large and contains television and VCR and a trilogy bunk bed. (a double bed under a single bunk bed) You also have a sauna in which to relax at the end of a long day on the slopes.

The top floor of Cobungra is level 3 with the kitchen/dining/living areas. The lounge offers stunning floor to ceiling views and is spacious, warm and comfortable. The furniture surrounds a large combustion wood fired heater and entertainment unit comprising television, VCR, DVD, Cable Austar and surround sound Bose stereo. The dining table seats 10 persons. The kitchen is large and fitted with European appliances throughout. It offers large floor to ceiling two door upright fridge and freezer, gas stove, electric oven, large pantry, microwave, dishwasher and loads of cupboards and bench space. It even offers a separate television and facsimile.

You will find 2 bedrooms- one with queen bed and private balcony and the other with 4 x single bunk beds sharing a common bathroom. Downstairs there is a sauna, lower drying room and another 2 bedrooms- one with ensuite (spa) and the other with queen size bed, private balcony and ensuite offering corner spa/shower vanity and toilet.
