In-house - The main house offers a range of elegant rooms, individually decorated,
creating the perfect haven for those who appreciate comfort and relaxation.
Ten Standard rooms with a queen-size bed and shower en-suite. Two Executive
Deluxe rooms with a king-size bed, open fire and spa en-suite. Two Deluxe
rooms with a king-size bed and a cosy window seat. Twin beds available on
request in 2 in-house rooms.

'Stables' Cottages - Decorated in the rustic style and situated in the Manor grounds, the Stables
offer the comfort and flexibility of open plan living and include a large
bathroom and family room with sleeping for up to 5 people. Perfect for
larger parties and families. One Stables Cottage with self-contained
facilities, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and one single on two
levels. One Stables Cottage with self-contained facilities, two queen-size
bed and one single on two levels. Two ground floor Stables with one
queen-size bed and two singles.

Manor Information

Guest Lounges - Inside we have two guest lounges to relax,
meet some other house guests and just enjoy a drink from the bar by the open
fire. The interiors are decorated with artwork by Tasmanian artists.
Other facilities include: the celebrated licensed restaurant, open for
breakfast and dinner; picnic baskets prepared to order for that day out
exploring the unique West Coast; off-street parking; and reception/tour
desk. Franklin Manor is a smoke-free house.
