No matter on which level you choose to dine, the views are forever changing from serene to spectacular. Wake up each day to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the inviting warmth of a hot breakfast, followed by morning tea, lunch , afternoon tea and dinner. Special dietary needs can be catered for and menus can be created for individual tastes,. Ask to see our sample cruise menus and choose your preferred options.

Crew - The professional crew of Odyssey ensure that guests are not excluded from activities due to one member having to pilot the craft. Odyssey has its own Captain, to ensure that guests have the ultimate in memorable experiences while aboard. Relax and enjoy, that is all that you need do aboard Odyssey!

Outdoors - Outside decks on both levels offer comfortable chairs and tables to take advantage of weather conditions, the invigorating fresh air and of course the stunning scenery the Murray has to offer.

Spa Bath - Relax in the private spa bath (two person) and watch the world float by just outside the window... absolutely delightful!

Kitchen - Odyssey has a fully equipped kitchen constructed to the highest quality, where all meals are prepared for you... the ultimate experience in house boating!

Accommodation onboard Odyssey

Odyssey's four Staterooms offer guests a choice of a King size bed or twin singles. The panoramic windows, piped stereo music, televideos, fully filtered water system and luxuriously appointed private ensuite bathrooms have been provided to offer complete comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. 'Odyssey' represents the highest level of luxury. Relax in our two-person spa bath for an invigorating and relaxing spa at your own leisure. An extra bed can be provided for guests if one has trouble sleeping. Ask the crew to make available one of the upstairs sofa beds. The friendly staff are only too happy to ensure that your holiday is as perfect as we can possibly make it. For larger groups, additional overnight accommodation can be provided by linking in with an accompanying houseboat. All guests would spend the day on board Odyssey. Simply request this service when making enquiries or reservations, and we will gladly make all the necessary arrangements for you!

Floor Plans

Upper Level - The upper level of the craft provides guests with absolute privacy if so desired, whilst relaxing in comfort and luxury. Whether to enjoy the company of friends, conduct a conference workshop or simply discover the wonders of the River Murray. Odyssey has been specifically designed to meet all needs. The crew are there to ensure your cruise is one in which you can truly relax, indulge, discover and enjoy all the Murray has to offer.

Lower Level - The designer kitchen and warm timber dining area are located at the rear of the craft. Large windows provide sensational panoramic views of the Murray River creating a unique dining environment for our guests. Whether enjoying your breakfast buffet from the downstairs bar, or perhaps selecting your choice of wines from the adjoining wine rack, this is a marvellous area of the boat to enjoy the hospitality of the chef and the wonderful river views.

About the Murray River
This is Australia's greatest river and arguably the most picturesque. Cruising through this outback oasis, you'll discover miles of ancient towering gorges. The Murray River has an abundance of native wildlife including sulphur crested cockatoos, kangaroos, goannas, black swans, gentle pelicans and the legendary Murray Cod. Meandering along this peaceful river is also a history lesson in itself. Uncover the secrets of the past in the historic townships, museums and restored paddleboats that dot the river's bank.

For those wishing to take in surrounding attractions, special day tours can be arranged. You may wish to explore the Barossa Valley wine region or play a round of golf. Itineraries might also include visiting ancient aboriginal sites, taking a nocturnal wildlife tour or enjoying a riverbank campfire. Water sports such as water-skiing, jet-skiing and canoeing can also be catered for.

Charters
Odyssey is chartered on a daily basis and can be chartered either : fully catered with a crew of three - Master Class V Captain, housekeeper and chef, or without catering with crew of two - Master Class V Captain and housekeeper.

Location and Transfers
Based in Mannum, just over an hour's drive from Adelaide, this magnificent craft provides guests with absolute luxury. Transfers from Adelaide to Mannum can be arranged from your home, accommodation or airport. Transfers can be arranged by limousine or mini-coach.
