Daydream Island Conferences

Daydream Island Resort and Spa is one of the most popular venues in the Whitsunday's for conferences and incentives. It offers state of the art facilities and varied leisure activities to motivate and inspire delegates. The resort is easily reached from Sydney or Melbourne through the Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island, or Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine, and is an ideal destination for conferences, meetings, trade shows, product launches and organisational incentive and team building activities.

The Conference Centre has five rooms catering for up to 250 delegates with the flexibility to handle events from boardroom meetings to gala dinners. Meeting and breakfast rooms have outdoor terraces and ocean views, helping to refresh and recharge delegates. The resort's professional Conference Coordinators can tailor conferences to an organization's individual needs utilising theming, team building facilitators, entertainers and speakers as required.

Transfers and Location
Daydream Island is located within the Whitsunday Islands group on the north eastern coast of Queensland, Australia.

By Air:
The Whitsunday's are serviced by two domestic airports, Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland at Proserpine.

From Great Barrier Reef Airport (Hamilton Island) Fantasea Cruises meet flights for a comfortable 35 minute catamaran cruise to Daydream Island.

From Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) regular Whitsunday Transit Coaches meet all flights for a 30 minute transfer to Shute Harbour where Fantasea Cruises provide a regular 15 minute service to Daydream Island.

Helicopter services are also available from Great Barrier Reef Airport and Proserpine.
