A yachts man's dream, Synergy II is a visually exciting, high performance vessel located in the tropical seaside village of Port Douglas in Tropical North Queensland, just one hours drive north of Cairns International Airport. The region provides the perfect tropical getaway, boasting two World Heritage listed icons, the Great Barrier Reef and the oldest living rainforest on the planet, the Daintree.

This exclusive, luxury boat carries a maximum of twelve people to the Outer Great Barrier Reef on day trips or twelve people for private day charters. Synergy II will whisk you off for some sailing and snorkelling in a dynamic reef ecosystem bursting with a huge variety of exciting marine life including over 1500 species of fish and 460 varieties of coral.

Meals are a gourmet affair like nothing else seen on the Outer Reef because they are freshly cooked on board, served al fresco on the split level rear deck. A fine selection of champagne, wine, beer and spirits are also available from our extensively stocked bar.

Synergy II, a 62' catamaran with 30' beam (width) is unsurpassed in terms of stability so the journey is smoother than with most powered and sailing mono-hulls, making Synergy II more appealing to those who are unsure of their compatibility with ocean vessels! Shallow draft allows Synergy II to explore and anchor in places denied to other craft. And its high performance sail plan and asymmetrical spinnakers generate exhilarating sailing in complete comfort. Synergy II operates under sail or motor at a cruising speed of 12 knots, reaching speeds over 16 knots under the right conditions. A yachtsman's dream, Synergy II offers superb style inside and out. Deciding to come aboard Synergy II will be like boarding your own private yacht for the day. Guests are free to do as much or as little as they please. You will be invited to take part in the sailing process - take the helm, trim the sails or have the intricacies of navigation explained. Our computerised chart system makes it fun and easy. Day Cruises and Charters
Synergy II travels 7 days a week to the Outer Barrier Reef carrying a maximum of twelve passengers. Be prepared to be pampered. Daily trips go to Tongue Reef, departing Port Douglas at 8.30am and returning at 4.15pm.

Sole day charters are a great way for you to see the Great Barrier Reef, whether it be a wedding, corporate function or family day out. Synergy II will be at your disposable to depart and return at a time that suits the group and we will provide a customised itinerary to suit your needs. With a roving permit we can choose the best spots on the day.

Location
Cruises depart from Marina Mirage, Port Douglas. Fly into Cairns Airport and take a coach transfer or limousine to Port Douglas, a one hour drive north of the airport.
