The moment you are welcomed aboard Pacific Sunrise you will feel as though you have stepped back in time to a traditional boutique hotel where high levels of service, low guest numbers and an atmosphere of distinction were the norm. Starting her life as a Fijian built 38 meter (125 foot) island trader, Pacific Sunrise is now fi tted out as a boutique floating hotel boasting 3 separate deck levels, only 8 guest suites, a maximum of 17 guests and minimum of 5 crew. The largest suites of any vessel in the region along with their accompanying en-suites are the size of a regular hotel suite and fully renovated to a very high standard. The air-conditioned suites vary in size and position through out the vessel and each one has its own name and features enabling guests to choose the ambiance of their holiday in advance.
Built by a master shipwright the atmosphere is further enhanced by the tropical layout and use of a variety of exotic timbers in the construction. Our fully functional galley, licenced bar and dining room with seating for all passengers, provides areas for meeting and socialising with other guests. While our various secluded balconies and deck levels enable guests to find their own private space and a feeling of solitude to enjoy the view of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Pacific Sunrise will carry you on a journey amongst the Whitsunday Islands region of the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park as well as to areas of the outer Great Barrier Reef. At these fantastic locations our crew will assist you to snorkel over coral reefs, view the coral and marine life from the glass bottom boat, explore tropical islands and beautiful sandy beaches and island rain forest.

On Location was designed by world famous architects J&J, who have designed yachts for many famous boatbuilders. She was built by Bavaria Yachts in their state of the art facility in South Germany, the largest single yacht building company in Europe. The careful balance in hull design offers magnificent accommodation below deck without compromising outstanding sailing qualities and seaworthiness. On Location will take you anywhere in comfort and at speed.
The 15.4m sloop features 3 private double cabins, each fitted out with their own ensuite and designer fittings. Especially fitted out for the Whitsunday climate, On Location is air conditioned throughout. Guests are welcome to enjoy the many comfortable areas to relax, watch a movie, play backgammon or simply enjoy a sumptuous meal prepared by our on board chef. Above deck, sun protection and shade is provided so guests can relax in total comfort as On Location visits stunning destinations around the Whitsunday Islands under the command of her professional crew. The transom opens so guests may gain effortless access to the turquoise waters to swim or snorkel over the spectacular coral reefs and explore amazing marine life. You may never want to leave, but when you do there is more exploring of sensational lush green tropical islands and as you sail you will have the opportunity to view the resorts on the more well known Whitsunday Islands also. If you're a keen scuba diver, Whitsunday Blue can provide you with all your scuba dive equipment onboard or rendevous with one of Islandive's other dedicated dive vessels. Either way our knowledgeable crew can show you the best diving spots right in the centre of the Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park for an experience of a lifetime. We cater for everyone, whether you are certified or introductory and you will enjoy coral walls, stunning swim throughs, secret caverns, swimming with turtles, huge gropers, schools of tropical fish and the many bright vivid colours! For the novice you can take an easy beach entry and be blown away by the world underwater and certified divers will walk away raving about their Whitsundays experience as being one of the best in the world. Year-round our water stays close to 25 C, so warm water and calm seas add to your enjoyment. (Dives are subject to passing a dive medical questionnaire onboard).
