Longitude 131° offers the best of contemporary Australian cuisine, emphasising fresh, quality produce to mirror the tranquil, spiritual surrounds.
Breakfast - Breakfast features a mouth watering selection from the continental buffet, including fruits in season, pastries, breads and confits. Superb a la carte cooked breakfasts are also available to order.
Lunch - Tours return to Longitude 131° at approximately 12.00 for a gourmet lunch or tastings plates which vary according to the season with inclusive drinks.
Dinner
Table 131° - Dining Under the Stars - Table 131° is an unforgettable dining experience not to be missed. Dine out on sumptuous outback fare and discover the wonders of the southern night sky. Experience stunning 360° views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta from the Dune Top while enjoying sunset drinks and canapés. Then feast on three delicious courses complemented with the finest Australian wines at our outdoor dining venue under the stars. Return to the Dune House for complimentary after dinner drinks. Please note, Table 131° is subject to weather and outdoor conditions. Times are seasonal and subject to sunset times that vary throughout the year.
Gourmet Dinner in the Dune House - Dining at Longitude is generally a shared experience where you can meet and enjoy the company of our outback "family" together whilst enjoying our daily changing modern Australian cuisine enhanced by indigenous flavours. Relax over pre-dinner drinks and canapés served in the Dune House 30 minutes after returning from your tour. Then enjoy a three course dinner with chosen wines either with your fellow guests or sitting separately. Arrangements can be also made on arrival or during your stay for you to dine in the library area or in your room (limited availability).
Private Dining - Private dining is also available on the Dune Top or poolside. An additional charge per couple applies for these services. This charge may vary depending on logistics and requirements. Private dining can be booked on arrival or during your stay at Longitude 131°.

Expect to take the road less travelled with a core program of exclusive tours. Our expect guides use their local knowledge to adapt each touring experience to take advantage of the moment. Visit Kata-Tjuta at dawn and walk through the spectacular Valley of the Winds. See Uluru and Kantju Gorge at sunset. Take a safari to Cave Hill to view spectacular rock art. View the amazing southern sky during a star talk. Alternative tours are available on request and include an eco-walk or morning base walk of Uluru.

Fly into Ayers Rock Airport and await your transfer in the private Longitude 131° lounge at the airport. Located just 6 kilometres from Ayers Rock Resort (10 minutes travel).
