The residence sleeps up to 16 people in complete comfort, and includes eight spacious double bedrooms with king or two single beds, 11 bathrooms, an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and a large central glass-roofed atrium. Outside, the lavishly appointed grounds include access to a safe swimming lagoon and local surfing beach, private gazebo, lake, tennis court, putting green and numerous nature walks.

Bedrooms: Lavishly appointed, the 8 spacious king-sized bedrooms all feature breathtaking views of the dramatic Southern Ocean and untouched Albany bushland views. All bedrooms incorporate either a king size bed or 2 king size singles and come complete with walk in robes, ensuite and centralized heating or cooling.
For those of you who are lucky enough to stay in the residence’s Master Bedroom, you are sure to find that the retractable star gazing roof, open fire place and double ensuite with Jacuzzi will make your stay a truly memorable one.
Kitchen / Informal Dining: Regarded by many as the most important room in any house, the Maitraya kitchen enables family and friends to rediscover the joy of food, cooking and good company. Ideally suited to food-lovers and entertainers alike, this beautiful kitchen features the highest in quality appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to sample the finest in Southern West Australian produce.
Like many other rooms in the house, the informal dining area also features breathtaking panoramic views where up to 12 people can savour their culinary delights in complete comfort.
Atrium: Undoubtedly the heartbeat of the Maitraya residence, the spectacular atrium provides the perfect place to escape those cold winter mornings. Complete with tropical fruit trees and exotic plants, this magical skylit indoor garden also includes a large koi pond and intimate seating for up to 8 guests.

Maitraya Aviator’s Cottage
Quiet and secluded, the fully self contained Aviator’s Cottage is the ideal location for those seeking an intimate getaway. For couples and small groups seeking a cosier setting than the expansive Maitraya residence, the Aviator’s Cottage is ideal.
This quaint 2 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people in total comfort. Rest assured, peace and tranquility is assured during your stay at the Aviator’s Cottage. You’ll find more than 500 acres of natural and pristine bushland are yours to explore and the cottage is located within comfortable walking distance of the breathtaking Albany coastline, private swimming lagoon and surfing beach.
Solar electricity powers the lights of the cottage and the water pump to transport rainwater from the storage tanks. The kitchen features a wood fired stove for cooking and heating. The cottage sits alongside the Maitraya private airstrip. This is only used on special occasions where Maitraya residence guests arrive in their own private aircraft.
