A new kitchen will let you cook up a storm whilst you are planning your next masterpiece and the relaxing rear deck area will be perfect for outdoor dining and that contemplative glass of wine - or three. Art House is a great spot to chill out, soak in the atmosphere and unwind.

Whilst the walls are filled with beautiful artwork the house has been designed to be child friendly and the smaller members of the family are very welcome. Fully fenced, the children can play safely in the rear yard, or enjoy the widescreen television and its entertainment options.

The property is centrally located just a short stroll from the restaurants and retail therapy of the main street and a leisurely amble to the beach.
