Off the living area there are three bedrooms, including main queen size, second queen and third bedroom with two single beds. Each queen bed is topped with wool ensembles and electric blankets.

A large serviceable laundry with plenty of bench space has been created for holiday storage and you will find washing machine, clothes dryer and iron and ironing board.

Walk out to the front deck to enjoy the gorgeous views of the lush, green golf course and take advantage of the spacious front garden which includes a vast lawn area, suitable for accommodating boats and trailers.
