Relax and dine on the pool deck with built-in barbecue and seating bench. The soft grassed area is ideal for the kids to play while you work on your tan. With no expense spared on construction, Ultra is constructed to the highest quality with exotic materials such as composite aluminum cladding and diamond polished quartz flooring.
Located on the lower level is the open plan living with all areas boasting magical direct views to the ocean. The stacker doors open fully to the ocean, creating the feeling of indoor/outdoor living. The main bedroom with king bed also features stacker doors with the same incredible vista. Both the living and main bedroom open to the upper patio area with outdoor lounge and daybed.
The main bedroom features an amazing open ensuite with elegant double freestanding bath with beautiful views to the sea. A double vanity, huge walk-in robe and rain shower compliment this room.
The second bedroom room features King bed, huge ensuite, walk-in robe and private courtyard. Ultra’s third bedroom boasts a king bed, built-in robe, 2 way bathroom and private balcony. Also on the upper level is the study with built-in desk, ideal for keeping check on the office back home whilst taking in the fantastic ocean views.

Getting to Ultra Beach House
Ultra are situated approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, located on the Coffs Coast about 10 minutes north of Coffs Harbour CBD.
By Air - Virgin and Qantas fly direct from Sydney to Coffs Harbour airport, flights take approximately 1 hour.
By Road - Drive time from Sydney is approx 6 hrs and from Brisbane approx 4½ hours.
