Windmills Break is a small and intimate luxury Retreat in Yallingup that can be booked as a single room or exclusively for a group with a maximum of 24 guests. There are 12 luxurious rooms, accommodating maximum two people per room. All rooms contain ensuite bathrooms, luxury furnishings, comfortable leather seating, 24 hour satellite movie and news channels along with all modern facilities.

Windmills Break offers four types of accommodation options:
Windmills Break Deluxe Courtyard Rooms - Hotel style rooms, all with double sliding glass doors leading to a private courtyard and garden area. These rooms have king size beds, separate ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, fully equipped mini bar, LCD television, Foxtel and tea and coffee making facilities.
Windmills Break Executive Spa Rooms - The Executive Spa rooms are luxurious hotel style rooms that rank amongst some of the finest accommodation in the Margaret River Region. These rooms suit the most discerning guests, VIPs, honeymooners and those looking for a special occasion. The rooms are beautifully appointed, have very private courtyards overlooking the gardens and boast a private entrance.
Executive Spa Room amenities include: king size beds, very large double spa baths, separate showers, air conditioning, fully equipped mini bars, Foxtel, large LCD televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and have double sliding doors leading to the garden area. Suitable for 2 persons maximum.
Windmills Break Premier Spa Suites - These very large, luxurious suites are located about 50 metres from our main hotel building and are quite secluded. They are designed for two guests maximum and feature a large bedroom with separate lounge, enormous bathroom, separate shower, huge double spa overlooking a private garden courtyard and king size bed.
The premier spa suites rank amongst some of the finest accommodation in the Margaret River wine region and come well equipped with two large LCD televisions, two DVD/CD players, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning and some of our finest furnishings. These rooms include all amenities you might expect from a luxury room.
Windmills Break Premier Spa Apartment - is a luxurious example of the finest in 5 star hotel quality. It is a luxury, spacious, self contained accommodation Suite ideal for couples or two singles travelling together. The three suites are located about 50 metres from our main hotel building in a secluded spot.
Featuring king size bed, huge bathroom with huge double spa overlooking the garden courtyard, separate kitchen/dining and lounge area and large balcony, this room is of the highest quality. It is well equipped and includes two large LCD televisions, two DVD/CD players, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning and some of our finest furnishings. The Apartment is ideal for honeymoons or other very special occasions.
Note: Each private courtyard is equipped with sun lounges, comfortable chairs and tables. Pathways outside room will lead you straight down to tennis court, swimming pool, gymnasium and heated spa facilities.

• Along with the beautiful gardens, this Yallingup Retreat also has extensive, landscaped outdoor areas and walking tracks for the energetic.
• Private massage is available in our private treatment room which operates 7 days a week, however is only open to house guests.
• The cosy gourmet breakfast is served on the deck overlooking the garden or can be delivered as Room Service. The gourmet breakfast is served every day and usually included in your tariff.
• Windmills Break has a fully licensed bar
• The infinity edge swimming pool and heated outdoor spa are also privately located within the gardens.

In addition to the accommodation, the property offers a large and unique spacious lounge and licensed bar area within the main building with room to accommodate all guests and their friends in a social setting. There is also a separate library and media area with laptops available. The lounge features a games cabinet and winter wood fires from the stone double sided fireplace. Wireless Internet facilities are provided free of charge and operate in all rooms/suites and throughout the gardens.

Getting to Windmills Break – Yallingup
By Car from Perth - Take the Kwinnana Freeway from Perth and head South towards Bunbury (Bunbury is about 90 minutes from Perth). On ariving in Bunbury follow the signs towards the Town of Busselton (Busselton is about about 45 minutes from Bunbury). When leaving Busselton make sure you follow the signs and drive towards towards Dunsborough and Yallingup (Dunsborough is about 15 minutes from Busselton). Windmills Break is located 4 kms-about 3 minutes drive from Dunsborough at Caves Road, Yallingup
Flights - Skywest operates flights from Perth to Busselton
Limousine Transfers - can be arranged from Perth or Busselton or as requested.
