DAY 1: Tuesday
Darwin
Make your own way to Darwin and check in to the Darwin Central Hotel for your overnight stay.
DAY 2: Wednesday
The Ghan and Katherine
Join The Ghan and travel south to Katherine where you can enjoy an off train tour at Katherine Gorge. Re-board the Train for your overnight journey to Alice Springs. (BLD)
DAY 3: Thursday
Alice Springs
Arrive in Alice Springs and transfer to your overnight accommodation at Crowne Plaza Alice Springs. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. (BL)
| DAY 4: Friday Uluru (Ayers Rock) Travel through the West MacDonnell and James Ranges. Stop at the Outback Camel Farm, pass Attila (Mt Conner) before arriving at Ayers Rock Resort. This afternoon, join a guided walk to Mutittjulu Waterhole. See the cave paintings and hear the legends. Tour the base of Uluru on the Mala Walk. Travel to sunset strip to view Uluru at sunset before returning to Ayers Rock Resort, Desert Gardens Hotel. (B) |

Enjoy the taste of a true Aussie-style barbecue dinner near the mighty Australian icon of Uluru (Ayers Rock). DAY 5: Saturday
Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) and Kings Canyon
Rise early to watch the sun cast its first rays on Uluru. Travel to the immense 36 rock domes of Kata Tjuta. Enjoy a guided walk into Walpa Gorge and marvel at the sheer walls that flank you. This afternoon travel to Kings Canyon in Watarrka National Park. Overnight at the Kings Canyon Resort.

Dine at a table for two in a wilderness setting under a canopy of the southern night sky where the only light comes from the moon and the flickering glow of the fire. Enjoy a superb four course set menu accompanied by some of Australia’s finest wines. A fantastic way to unwind.
