DAY 1: Thursday or Monday
Broome
Make your way to Broome and check in to the Seashells Resort Broome, your base for the next three nights.

DAY 2: Friday or Tuesday
Broome and Cable Beach
This morning is yours at leisure. This afternoon hear fascinating stories of the colourful Chinatown precinct. Call into a pearl shop and enjoy a historical sound show at the famous Sun Pictures. Take a drive through Old Broome then see the aqua waters of Roebuck Bay. Stop at Matsos Broome Brewery to sample their hand made ales or visit one of the local arts and craft galleries. Visit the Japanese Cemetery before taking an easy paced walk at Gantheaume Point to hear the story of Anastasia’s Pool. End the day by watching the sun disappear into the horizon on Cable Beach.

Broome
Today is free for you to explore the wonders of Broome at your own pace.

DAY 4: Sunday or Thursday
Broome to Perth
Today you’ll fly from Broome to Perth (airfare additional cost) and check in to the Medina Grand Perth, your base for the next three nights. (D)

DAY 5: Monday or Friday
Perth
Experience Perth this morning. Visit beautiful Kings Park botanical gardens and walk through the tree’s canopies on the Tree Top Walkway. Continue to Cottesloe Beach before arriving at the historic port town of Fremantle. Walk down the main street or enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes. Join your Swan River Cruise back to Perth; relax into the panoramic scenery as you enjoy a Western Australian wine tasting. This afternoon is at your leisure.

DAY 6: Tuesday or Saturday
Margaret River
This morning travel down to the coastal town of Bussleton before stopping at the Cape Lavender Farm to view the beautiful gardens or try one of their famous Lavender scones. Continue south to the Margaret River wine region where you can enjoy some free time in the Margaret River Township. Head to the Lake Cave Tearooms to enjoy a picnic lunch. Next head to Mammoth Cave to experience a guided tour of one of over 300 natural underground limestone caves in the district. Travel past Boranup Forest and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse on your journey back to Perth. (L)

DAY 7: Wednesday or Sunday
Indian Pacific
This morning board the Indian Pacific and travel east to Kalgoorlie where you can join an aptional Whistle Stop Tour†. (LD)

DAY 8: Thursday or Monday
The Nullarbor and Cook
Continue across the desolate Nullarbor Plain and stop at one of the world’s most isolated outposts, Cook. (BLD)

DAY 9: Friday or Tuesday
Adelaide
If you are travelling to Adelaide, your holiday ends here (B) or there’s time for a short Whistle Stop Tour† before reboarding. (BLD)

DAY 10: Saturday or Wednesday
Arrive Sydney
Enjoy breakfast alongside the stunning Blue Mountains before arriving in Sydney. (B)
