When entering the award-winning bluewater villa through the pivoting glass panel door, your attention is taken by the view of the Gold Coast Broadwater. As you step into the open-plan living areas, you cannot help but gaze up at the stainless steel curved staircase, a piece of art in itself. To your right is the spacious modern island bench kitchen with stainless appliances, including a built-in espresso machine.
Living Room
The large wide-screen plasma television is a feature of the comfortable living area that overlooks the heated salt-water swimming pool. From the formal dining area, you are able to take in the views of the Broadwater and Gold Coast Hinterland through the enormous panoramic glass window.
Formal Dining
Looking towards the formal lounge room, you notice the large glass bi-fold doors that join the covered outdoor entertaining area to the main living areas. Large granite bench tops, built-in barbeque, conveniently located bar fridge, eight seater outdoor setting and retractable cafe-style blinds, are all features of this entertaining area.
Media Room/Study
Whether reading a book or watching a movie, the media room/study is the ideal place to escape for a little personal time. Equipped with broadband internet access, fax machine, printer and copier, all your business needs are catered for. This room also doubles as a fifth bedroom if required.
Bedrooms
As you walk up the stairs and across the polished timber footbridge, your attention is captured by the balcony overlooking your private sports cruiser yacht and jet skis. Entering the master bedroom you will be amazed by the sheer size of the room which includes a king-size bed, wide-screen television, bar fridge, walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath and double shower.
You could easily mistake the second bedroom for the master, also featuring a wide-screen television, walk-in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms three and four share a main bathroom and feature a queen-size bed with northern views of the island.
The villa consists of four spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique feature. Choose from a king sized room with ensuite and spa bath or perhaps the queen sized room with a private balcony is more your style.
