The Guesthouse - Immerse’s five beautifully appointed, individually decorated king and queen rooms continue the theme of luxury. Sip a glass of wine on your private balcony or dim the lights and submerge in the corner spa - and watch the sun slowly sink behind the Immerse vineyard. Each room is themed to capture a mood - from the subdued tones of yesteryear to a contemporary edge using dramatic colour and modern finishes. Individually controlled heating and cooling add to the comfort whilst the original polished floors, pressed tin ceilings and views to the vineyard and rose garden, transports you to a time of where nothing but leisure matters. In the interests of maintaining the serene ambiance of an Immerse experience, we have chosen the Guesthouse to remain a television free and child free environment. Current magazines are provided and a selection of books are available to read during your stay. Our aim is for you to enjoy total relaxation and indulgence. The Lodge - Our brand new luxurious Lodge has been rebuilt after losing the original building in the Black Saturday Bushfires of February 2009. The five king deluxe rooms are a space of your own and come complete with decadent furnishings, king beds, plasma televisions, beautiful spa ensuites and a private balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese platter while taking in the beautiful view of the rolling vineyards. The Lodge also consists of our brand new Deluxe Bridal Suite. Centered at the heart of the Lodge with double doors, enter a romantic room with a majestic raised double spa facing out towards our vines, leather lounge suites, a plasma television and a luxurious King bed - there is nothing left to do but Immerse yourself. The Lake House - The Lake House is a recent addition to our accommodation with two king rooms, each with adjoining large shower ensuites and a shared spacious lounge area with plasma television and DVD player. The split system effortlessly controls the heating and cooling at a touch of a button, while the two sliding doors open out onto a deck that extends the length of the cottage with views over the garden, lake and roses. The leather lounge suites and dining table are the extra comfort touches that you have come to expect from Immerse- Yarra Valley while the restaurant, cellar door and day spa are all within a short walking distance. Perfect for a friends getaway (as the beds can be split into twin singles) or for two couples away on a winery escape. With the addition of the two luxurious queen rooms with shower ensuites next door, the Lake House now sleeps eight guests comfortably. These queen rooms can be booked separately also. Immerse Cellar Door Immerse offers hand-crafted wines, with three different tiers to suit all tastes. The Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked from our estate and sold exclusively in our cellar door and served in our restaurant. Wine tutorials and appreciation classes are available with our trained staff ensuring your tasting experience is fun, educational and rewarding. Dining at Immerse - Yarra Valley Just a few paces along the garden path and you will enter a stunning light filled space over flowing with the aromas of good food and sounds of people enjoying it. Café Immerse is a great place to be, and the use of warm timbers, contemporary fabrics and rich colours create an environment of stylish comfort. Café Immerse owners Stephen and Helen focus on putting fabulous flavours on your plate using locally grown and farmed produce.

An Immerse experience is about choice and the theme continues in Café Immerse with a menu that reflects both indulgent and healthy options. Aromatic espresso are available all day, breakfast is a weekend treat and dinner is served on Friday and Saturday evenings. A casual lounge area is the perfect spot to read the daily papers over a coffee, or to gather with friends for drinks, prior to dining. Bocce sets are also available.

Eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse, so if you're a foodie, our emphasis on fabulous flavours, using local produce while Immerse wines come from vines that are amongst the oldest in the Yarra Valley, they are fresh, vibrant and full of intense flavour.

There are also numerous on-site locations that enable us to conduct sensational marquee events as an alternative. Our twenty-year-old gardens are home to one of the largest privately owned collection of roses in Victoria and make the perfect backdrop and offer fabulous photography spots. So whether it's indoors or out, Immerse can cater for all your requirements no matter how lavish or simply elegant you desire.

Welcome to Indulge Spa and Wellness Retreat, a haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Yarra Valley, located at the Immerse Vineyard with its sprawling vines and fragrant rose gardens. Giving yourself up to the luxury of spa treatments is a blissful experience. Six stunning private treatment rooms, guest lounge area and manicure/pedicure suite ensure you are completely cared for. The purpose designed retreat offers the most sophisticated and luxurious approach to massage, body wraps, herbal immersions and a range of other body pampering and therapeutic treatments designed to re-balance and de-stress.

Treatments can be booked individually, or in a complementary combination for top to toe relaxation. Couples bookings are also available for those special occasions or simply to spend time immersed in each others company. At Immerse - Yarra Valley our conference room, restaurant, cellar door and spa are all under one roof, with our luxury accommodation located nearby so you can be assured of minimal interruptions during your stay. Our Vines Conference Room has state of the art features and views over the vineyards and rolling hills. There is also a separate boardroom or breakout room which comes free of charge as part of the Immerse Conference Package. All necessary equipment is available for your use and a full stationery kit is supplied for attendees.
