Cape Lodge has 22 romantically secluded rooms and suites and a magnificent Private Residence which sits very privately on its own 3 acres, the quaint two bedroom self contained Cottage, a magnificent lake side restaurant and a 14,000 bottle wine cellar. The hotel sits on 40 acres of manicured parkland, garden and lakes and has its own 8 acre vineyard producing fine Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz exclusively for guests of the hotel.

| Cape Lodge Information The hotel sits on 10 hectares of forest, parkland, gardens and lakes and features an outdoor swimming pool . The original homestead contains the lobby, a guest drawing room, gift shop, an executive boardroom and the luxury 80 square metre Lodge Suite. The remaining accommodation has been designed for luxurious privacy and is a mixture of rooms and suites spread throughout manicured expansive grounds within 5 detached wings encircling two lakes. Cape Lodge estate grown wines are produced from its own 8 acre vineyard producing just enough Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz for hotel Guests. The grapes receive the finest treatment and "best practice" organic viticulture including dry farming methods, low yielding vines and hand picked fruit. Cape Lodge Restaurant The restaurant's major feature is the 14,000 bottle temperature controlled cellar and wine list featuring 150 premium Margaret River and back vintage wines. Executive Chef, Tony Howell places an emphasis on using only the freshest local produce and changes the menu each day. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast served between 8.00am - 10.30am daily in the lake-side restaurant or the privacy of your own suite. You may be tempted with the house smoked salmon and soft poached eggs, served on grilled bruscetta with a tomato, lime and corn salsa. Picnic hampers are also available to enjoy amidst the sweeping gardens or whilst touring the region. Conferences, Meetings and Events Cape Lodge now has 22 luxury suites spread throughout forty acres of manicured lawns, parklands and vineyard being ideal for executive corporate retreats, incentives and product launches. The hotel can be exclusively reserved for private groups and events. Cape Lodge specialise in tailored made private itineraries and experiences and can arrange exclusive tutored tastings by personal appointment at premier Margaret River vineyards, local food producers and artisan galleries. |

Cape Lodge is just a 3 hour drive from Perth, and is centrally located to the town sites of Margaret River, Dunsborough and Yallingup. Located on the main tourist route of Caves Road; only one kilometre from the Indian Ocean and surrounded by the great wineries of Margaret River. The climate is likened to that of the Mediterranean.
There are regional airports in Busselton and Margaret River. Perth to Busselton by light aircraft is a 30 minute flight followed by a 25 minute drive to the lodge. Perth to Margaret River is a 40 minute flight, the resort is then another 20 minute drive from the airstrip. We recommend having a car to tour around the region. Hire cars are available at regional airports - advance booking essential and these can be arranged in conjunction with your accommodation.
