Sanctuary Views consists of 2 x three bedroom split level apartments. The accommodation has been designed to compliment the easy lifestyle associated with those that love the water - lots of open areas, natural light and absolutely stunning views from the expansive first floor living and balcony areas.

Level 1
The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms one with 2 double bunks and 2 trundle beds - the other with a king bed (which can be converted to 2 x single beds). Both bedrooms are fully carpeted with large built in robes and equipped with electric blankets and continental quilts and pillows.

This level also incorporates a full bathroom with overhead heating and large laundry fully equipped with auto washer and tumble dryer. Also on this level is a children's retreat complete with a sofa bed, bean bags, television and video. The perfect setup for the kids!

Level 2
The upper level is where you will probably spend most of your time (when you are not enjoying Golf, Sailing or the beach). The enormous living area has vaulted ceilings and stacks of 12 volt dimmer lights to create that intimate atmosphere. Lots of lounge seating with television and video - just great for that quiet time with your favourite book - or have a party!

The open living area leads directly onto the expansive covered balconies - complete with an 8 person setting and gas barbecue, perfect for your evening barbecue or breakfast on the balcony! The master bedroom features queen size bed, wall to wall built ins and recessed dimmer lights. This parents retreat leads to the huge bathroom complex comprising separate water closet, double vanities, wall to wall mirrors, storage and separate spa and shower area.

The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with every conceivable appliance.
