Bookings for the Villa's at The Lakes Coolum
All bookings require a deposit of 60% of the total value of the total accommodation rental tariff at the time of booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations
If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit in full less a cancellation fee of $300 for low season. In mid or high season (or part thereof), however, 60% of the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellations are made within 30 days or less of arrival date, all deposits are forfeited, regardless of season.
Credit Card Payments and Security Bond
Upon arrival, and prior to check-in, we require a signed manual imprint of the credit card. In the event of any outstanding accounts upon departure (e.g. telephone calls, cleaning charges, breakages, damage to the property, extra cleaning charges, late checkout fees, etc), we will charge the credit card using the signed credit card imprint. All charges are subject to our discretion. This authority is valid for sixty (60) days after the last day of your stay.
