There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs - all with views of the lake. Two bedrooms boast king size beds, walk-in wardrobes, private ensuites and balconies. The third bedroom has 2 x super singles (can be joined to make king size bed) and attached shower, plus there is an extra bathroom upstairs. All high quality linen is provided and stays longer than 7 days include a mid stay clean (additional cleaning services are available on request).

Downstairs is spacious open plan living overlooking the lake and private pool. The gourmet kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a cappuccino maker and a barbecue on the outside patio. There is an indoor dining table or alternatively dine alfresco by the lake or by the pool.

Relax in the designer lounge room, or watch one of the large selection of DVD's in the media room with plasma TV and media center. There is also a separate children's entertainment room, with Xbox and LCD TV (this room has a sofa bed and can be used as an extra bedroom if required).

Downstairs there is also a full bathroom and a well appointed laundry. The house has wireless internet connected, and there is a fax/copier/printer just in case you need to do some work. Bring your IPod with you as there is also a Bose SoundDock.
