Day 1 - Sydney / Mildura
Meet your pilots and Journey Directors for an island hopping feast aboard our exclusive aircraft. Land in Mildura and explore this delightful Riverina township. This evening enjoy dinner with a celebrity chef. Accommodation: Quality Hotel Mildura Grand or similar

Day 2 - Mildura / Kangaroo Island
Cruise the mighty Murray River and enjoy the wonderful biodiversity of the region. Reboard the private aircraft this afternoon to the first of the southern islands. Arrive at Kangaroo island, one of Australia's largest nature reserves, renowned for its abundant wildlife that resides harmoniously with the local residents. Accommodation: Ozone Hotel

Day 3 - Kangaroo Island
At Kangaroo Island's Seal Bay, enjoy uninterrupted viewing of endangered Australian Sea Lions at close range. There is also the chance to explore Flinders Chase National Park, which is registered as one of Australia's most important sanctuaries for native animals and birds. Accommodation: Ozone Hotel

Day 4 - Kangaroo Island / King Island / Freycinet National Park
From wildlife to sumptuous produce, we now enjoy a scenic flight to the gourmet island of the Southern Straits. King Island is renowned for its excellent seafood and exquisite dairy produce. The visit includes a tour of the island. This afternoon the aircraft awaits for a brief flight to Australia's largest island. Tasmania has a diverse landscape, from rugged wilderness to quaint historic townships. Accommodation: Freycinet Lodge

Day 5 - Freycinet National Park
Cruise through the waters of Wineglass Bay to uncover the breathtaking granite cliffs and sea caves of this remote coastal region with a chance to view the abundant marine life that live in these sheltered waters. Take a swim in the crystal waters of the bay or take a walk on the pristine sands of one of the top ten rated beaches in the world! Accommodation: Freycinet Lodge

Day 6 - Freycinet National Park / Port Arthur / Hobart
This morning we take our private aircraft flight to Hobart. Upon arrival we transfer to the Port Arthur Historic site with an Introductory Historical Walking Tour. Face to face with an expert guide - there's no better way to learn about the site and its history. Today's touring includes a cruise on the MV Marana and access to more than 30 buildings, ruins and restored houses, including the Convict Water Supply Trail, the new Dockyard and the Coal Mines Historic site at Saltwater River. Day 7 - Hobart
This morning there is time to enjoy the city of Hobart at your leisure, wander along Constitution Dock or venture into the shopping precinct. Board the Peppermint Bay II, a sleek, 22 metre, high speed catamaran, with exclusive access to the Captain’s deck. Cruise the southern waterways and view majestic sea eagles and peregrine falcons nesting in the ancient weathered sea cliffs, playful dolphins, and even seasonal migrating whales. Day 8 - Hobart / Cradle Mountain
This morning there is an opportunity to see some of Australia’s best loved premium beers brewed in the historic brewery and a walk through the famous Woodstock gardens. Followed by a tour of the Barilla Bay oyster farm, here our expert guide will show you how oysters are grown from working in the tiny spat to full maturity. Day 9 - Cradle Mountain National Park

Day 9 - Cradle Mountain / Flinders Island / Sydney
This morning we re-board our aircraft for the short flight to remote Flinders Island with its wealth of natural beauty. Time to tour the island and enjoy lunch before heading back to Sydney and sadly, the end of an unforgettable journey.
