Day 1 - Sydney / Mildura
Meet your pilots and Journey Directors for an island hopping feast aboard our exclusive aircraft. Land in Mildura and explore this delightful Riverina township. This evening enjoy dinner with a celebrity chef.

Day 2 - Mildura / Kangaroo Island
Cruise the mighty Murray River and enjoy the wonderful biodiversity of the region. Reboard the private aircraft this afternoon to the first of the southern islands. Arrive at Kangaroo island, one of Australia's largest nature reserves, renowned for its abundant wildlife that resides harmoniously with the local residents.

Day 3 - Kangaroo Island
At Kangaroo Island's Seal Bay, enjoy uninterrupted viewing of endangered Australian Sea Lions at close range. There is also the chance to explore Flinders Chase National Park, which is registered as one of Australia's most important sanctuaries for native animals and birds.

Day 4 - Kangaroo Island / Hobart
From wildlife to sumptuous produce, we now enjoy a scenic flight to the gourmet island of the Southern Straits. King Island is renowned for its excellent seafood and exquisite dairy produce. The visit includes a tourof the island. This afternoon the aircraft awaits for a brief flight to Australia’s largest island. Tasmania has a diverse landscape, from rugged wilderness to quaint historic townships. On arrival into Hobart transfer to your accommodation.

Day 5 - Hobart (Port Arthur)
Today journey by road to the historic convict settlement of Port Arthur. Every building and feature of the Port Arthur Historic Site has a story to tell. Created with convict labour, the impressive architecture, delightful gardens and chilling prison facilities survive today for you to explore.

Day 6 - Hobart / Launceston
This morning there is an opportunity to see some of Australia’s best loved premium beers brewed in the historic Cascade Brewery and walk through the famous Woodstock gardens. This afternoon, board the Peppermint Bay II, where you will cruise the southern waterways and view majestic sea eagles and peregrine falcons, playful dolphins, and even seasonal migrating whales. Late afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight to Launceston.

Day 7 - Launceston / Cradle Mountain
After exploring Launceston this morning our journey continues inland to explore the Mole Creek Karst National Park. The park is located in the forested hills below the impressive Western Tiers. Underground streams have made caves with splendid calcite formations. From here transfer to Cradle Mountain Lodge situated in the heart of this remarkable World Heritage wilderness. One of the highest mountains in Tasmania, at 1,545 metres, Cradle Mountain is situated at the northern end of the park. At the base of Cradle Mountain, in deep depressions cut by glacial action, lies Crater Lake, Dove Lake and Lake Lilla. Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park, encompassing some 161,000 hectares, covers some of Tasmania’s highest country and is renowned for its magnificent alpine scenery.

Day 8 - Cradle Mountain
Explore this World Heritage area of rugged mountains, glacial lakes and wild alpine moorlands. Local guides are on hand to further the experience in this spectacular pristine wilderness.

Day 9 - Cradle Mountain / Flinders Island
This morning we reboard our aircraft for the short flight to remote Flinders Island with its wealth of natural beauty. Time to tour the island and enjoy lunch before heading back to Sydney and, sadly, ending an unforgettable journey.

Day 9 - Cradle Mountain / Flinders Island / Sydney
This morning we re-board our aircraft for the short flight to remote Flinders Island with its wealth of natural beauty. Time to tour the island and enjoy lunch before heading back to Sydney and sadly, the end of an unforgettable journey.
