Almost every room of this exclusive split level home offers stunning uninterrupted ocean and island views that will leave you absolutely breathless. Large expanses of glass and bi-fold doors compliment the generous open plan design, fusing indoor and outdoor areas to allow the sunshine, cool sea breezes and beauty of the ocean to flow right through the house. This provokes a sense of openness and freedom that will lift your spirits.
Cinque Terre features 3 king sized bedrooms, all with ensuites and direct access to the outer decks. This stunning split level beach house boasts a private spa in the main bedroom, spacious decks for alfresco dining and a fully equipped gourmet chef’s kitchen for ease of self catering adding to your comfort and enjoyment.
We also have a kids room equipped with a bunk bed with a double underneath. This way we can accommodate 6 Adults and 3 children in absolute comfort and style at Cinque Terre.
First level - You have access to the remote controlled double garage. The fully equipped laundry is also located on the entry level
Second level - Enjoy climate controlled air-conditioning, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with espresso coffee machine, breakfast bar, lounge room, large dining setting, plasma television, DVD/Austar, barbecue and luxury outdoor furniture. The third bedroom is on this level and offers a king sized bed, ensuite, plasma television, deck access and ocean views. The children’s room is also on this level.
Third level - Relax in air-conditioned comfort in the second Bedroom with Queen sized bed, private ensuite, plasma television, balcony access and ocean views. Here also is the spacious air-conditioned master bedroom with king sized bed, walk in robe, double vanities and shower, plasma television, wave reading chair, ocean views, balcony access, private double spa with ocean views
Days at this luxurious holiday home can be spent lounging on one of the large decks or, if you’re feeling more energetic, take a stroll along the private sandy beach and have a dip in the surf. Includes access to a heated swimming pool with wet bar, spa, sauna, gymnasium, tennis courts, and discounts on the golf course, all within 1 mins drive from Cinque Terre.
Note: Minimum 3 Night stays, however Mid December - Mid January Minimum 5 night stays. This is a non smoking property and sorry No Pets allowed.
