Menus, The Murray and Melbourne - 3 Days/2 Nights
Day 1
Executive car transfer from your hotel in Melbourne to Moorabbin Airport. Welcome and coffee at the Big Blue Lounge. Depart Moorabbin Airport, overflying Melbourne city centre.
Cruise at 500 feet along the spectacular Great Ocean Road taking in a bird’s eye view of the iconic Twelve Apostles. Arrive at Warrnambool where we stop for lunch at Pippies by the Bay, a seafood odyssey. After lunch we head north for the tranquil Meringa Springs, a luxury lodge in the Grampian mountain range. Dinner is of the highest of standards here, prepared lovingly by the lodge’s very own private chef.
Day 2
After a leisurely breakfast we head for Mildura and Trentham Estate. Lunch today is on the banks of the Murray at Trentham Estate, either in the restaurant or alfresco on the balcony, before heading back into Mildura via the river. Dinner at Stefano’s famous award winning restaurant in the Grand Hotel - a 5 course degustation delight. Tonight we stay in the Presidential Suite at the Grand Hotel - a Mildura icon.
Day 3
A leisurely breakfast before we depart for Brown Brothers Winery at Milawa
The Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard is an unforgettable experience of breathtaking scenery, innovative wine tastings and fabulous food lovingly matched to the perfect Brown Brothers wine. We land on the private airstrip, adjacent to the winery and instantly begin this amazing epicurean experience.
Located adjacent to the Cellar Door at Milawa, the Epicurean Centre is a restaurant where we will enjoy sumptuous lunch dishes created to complement the flavours and complexities of Brown Brothers wines. We arrive back at Moorabbin Airport late afternoon. Executive car transfer returning you to your hotel.
