Southern Outback Explorer - (Melbourne to Adelaide) - 3 Day/2 Night
Day 1
Executive car transfer from your hotel in Melbourne. Depart Moorabbin Airport Melbourne, over flying Melbourne city enroute to Mildura and Kars Station 50nm SE of Broken Hill. Enjoy lunch in Mildura at the TV chef, and local personality, Stefano de Pieri’s Café 27 Deakin Street, sampling terrific local produce and wine before our short 45 minute flight to Kars.
Free time to wander around and visit the local school house museum on Kars, after a private tour of the property with the owner, Fred Hughes. Pre-dinner drinks in the courtyard followed by a traditional Aussie barbecue. Relax and enjoy the outback stars.
Day 2
Today we depart for North Bundaleer homestead, which offers a secluded and indulgent homestead experience, with kangaroos and wonderful bird life in a natural Blue Gum environment. Lunch and dinner here is a relaxed and ‘slow food’ affair, in the surroundings of this grand and majestic homestead.
Day 3
A relaxing morning to tour the property and lunch at North Bundaleer before a spectacular flight back to Adelaide over the magnificent Clare Valley. Executive car transfer to your hotel in Adelaide.
