Palm Beach Villa - Contemporary Hotel Collection
Architecturally designed to celebrate light and space the Palm Beach Villa is comprised of two contemporary pavilions that feature four luxurious king sized bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. In addition there are family quarters that can accommodate up to 4 children.

Palm Beach Villa exudes style and sensibility while giving this calm sense of happiness as soon as you walk in the door! With sensational views, amazing art works, and gorgeous styling, using the crisp freshness of white furniture and walls, it really gives you that relaxed beachy atmosphere to just walk around in your bikini and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and water!

The Villa also enjoys spacious, open plan living, dining and media rooms. Enjoy the expansive spaces for alfresco dining in either the protected central courtyard or move poolside for entertaining.

The pool is on the lower level of the house closest to the ocean. There is a cabana style living room that faces on to it with television, DVD, Play station and a kitchen area wet bar with bar fridge. There are two king size bedrooms on this level with a lawn area outside looking out to the ocean. The other two king size bedrooms are on the higher entrance level of the property above the rumpus rooms with the 4 single beds. There is also another television / entertainment room here overlooking the courtyard.

Low Season: 2 Night minimum stay. 5+ Nights receive a discount
High Season: One and two week minimum stay. Applies to December, January, Easter and school holidays.
