Accommodation at Utopia - Hamilton Island
At Utopia - stone walls, tropical internal gardens, wooden residential structures with connecting walkways and a central infinity plunge pool all effortlessly harmonize with the rugged sloping landscape, towering pines and refreshing ocean breezes. Special features of the residence include the Japanese Zen inspired bathhouse, which is set in a stone room with pebbled floor and wooden ceiling. Soak in the peaceful and serene surroundings.

The layout of Utopia allows for one central gourmet kitchen with all the mod cons, a spacious communal living area featuring high ceilings, open plan design with internal dining facilities for 8 guests and a spacious living room designed for 12 guests, expansive deck with outdoor dining facilities off the pool, then three separate private sleeping bungalows with exceptional views over the Coral Sea, boasting a total of five king-sized bedrooms with four extra large bathrooms, full laundry facilities and a separate office.

Four bedrooms can be made up to accommodate one king size bed or two singles while in Bungalow 2 you will find the single bedroom has two double beds. This allows for some flexibility with sleeping arrangements.

All bedrooms come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, all high quality linen provided and all bathrooms have hairdryers.

Bungalow 1

By Car: The 1100km drive north from Brisbane to Shute Harbour takes around 12 hours non-stop. Follow the Bruce Highway to Proserpine and then take the exit to Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour on the coast. You’ll find secure parking near the ferry jetty at Shute Harbour.
