Kudos Secret- is a secret paradise that you will want to keep to yourself, this three bedroom luxury guest house on 5 acres in the Victorian Hepburn Springs rolling hillside, is the perfect location to enjoy beautiful walks among a historic orchard full of apple, plum, pear, cherry and a 100 year old mulberry tree, lakeside dining by the stone fireplace or sink in the jacuzzi and take in scenes of the surrounding countryside.

Bond: For groups of 5 or more at Kudos Secret
Although most respect our property, due to the occasional abuse a bond system has been put in place for Kudos Secret. The Bond amount is $500. Subject to a cleaning inspection the bond will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. This bond is only in place to cover events, damage and unnecessary wear and tear on the property due to events caused by the renter that are prohibited in our terms and conditions.
