Byron Plantation is situated on a gentle slope overlooking the cane fields and the Ocean Access to the house is via a single flight of stairs only. It is not suitable for disabled access, we are currently building a new cottage which will feature disabled access. The house is also not suitable for Pets and no pets are allowed.

Byron Plantation Homestead features four bedrooms, each room can be configured with 2 king size single beds or one deluxe King size bed, suitable for an enjoyable group or family escape. The homestead features a spacious wrap around deck, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high quality appliances and granite benches, a cosy log fire, timber floors, huge plasma television, Bose sound system, stylish antique furniture and huge living dining area.
Byron Plantation now features a beautiful 17 meter long swimming pool to complete the total holiday experience. This wonderful luxuriously long pool is ideal for the energetic guest who wishes to keep up an exercise regime with laps, for the guests who are happy to laze in the sunshine and then take a refreshing dip or simply just for the water lounger. The pool and surrounding deck offer awesome ocean and hinterland views.
Décor - The decor of Byron Plantation is made up of precious, unique collectables from our world travels. Much of the decor is light in colour giving a unique spacious, airy, relaxed feel. As such the house is not suitable as a play area. There are a 100 acres outside for boys to be boys.
Noise - Byron Plantation is a stylish hinterland getaway - a very serene community so we ask that you respect the following: No parties - No noise audible from outside after 9.30pm - Close windows if playing music after 9.30 pm.
