Liapari Luxury Beach House boasts 4 x large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom is downstairs on ground level and features a king bed along with a shower and freestanding bath, both with views of the beach.

The second bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, spa bath in the ensuite and views into the rainforest. The third bedroom is also upstairs, fitted with a king/split bed, ensuite and private balcony. Downstairs you will find the forth bedroom featuring 2 x sets of bunks for the children. It is conveniently located next to the kids fun/games room where they will be forever entertained with pool table, kitchenette, huge screen television, Austar, play station, BOSE sound system and video games.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 people although can accommodate 2 extra people on request only. Cots and High chairs can be provided if required and requested on booking. All high quality linen and bath towels are provided. Liapari Luxury Beach House is serviced every eight days but additional services can be requested at an additional cost. There is a secure double car garage for your convenience. Broadband connection is also available so bring your laptop if you have to keep a check on the office back home.

NOTE: This is a residential area and we wish to create minimal impact to neighbouring properties. We do not permit parties, weddings etc, and loud music at Liapari at Sapphire.

Relaxing and Dining at Liapari at Sapphire Beach
Enjoy the million dollar view upstairs from the open plan spacious living, dining and gourmet kitchen areas. Concertina doors open this entire area on to the front covered balcony (to the ocean) and side balcony (to the rainforest)...your choice, dine by the sea or dine within the rainforest.

Swim and play in the 14 metre wet edge infinity pool, then relax back with your favourite champagne in the huge heated spa complete with thatched pavilion and daybed and finished off with a never ending view of the crystal clear Sapphire Beach and Solitary Island group.

If you wish to dine out - Pelican and Nautilus Resorts are situated right next door so take advantage of their lounge bars and licensed restaurants without the worry of driving home.

By the way...the fishing - right out the back - is great! Fishing rods are supplied.

Check In and Check Out: The premises at Liapari Luxury Beach House at Sapphire are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.

6 Beachfront Close, Sapphire Beach - Coffs Harbour, New South Wales

Situated approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, Coffs Harbour is the ideal holiday destination. Flights operate from both capital cities, and take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Drive time from Sydney is approximately 6½ hours and 4½ hours from Brisbane.

Getting to Liapari Luxury Beach House:
From the South: Drive through the city of Coffs Harbour. Approx 3½ kilometres after the Big Banana turn right into Opal Cove Resort turn off. Turn an immediate left into Coachman’s Close. Drive to the top of the hill (keep going around the bend) and you’ll see Beachfront Close to the right. Liapari is the first house at the bottom of the hill on the beachfront.
