Souvenir Holiday House comprises five beautifully appointed bedrooms, four bathrooms, two spacious lounge areas, open plan kitchen and living area overlooking the sparkling pool onto the waterways of the canals. This luxury house comfortably caters for up to 10 persons.
The bedrooms are spacious and decorated along simple lines with very sophisticated touches of colour. The dark timber cupboards and furnishings are prominent against the pure cream coloured walls and bone carpet. They are modern in design and feature glass table tops and comfortable lounges in various styles and combinations all with subtle highlights of chocolate, old gold, cream and white. The spiral staircase is a magnificent and stunning feature of the property interior and the high ceilings and wide open spaces lend to a free flowing ground floor from the front entrance to the pool edge.
Souvenir is surrounded by the Broadwater and the sandy islands of North and South Stradbroke. Souvenir House’ private pontoon is suitable for yachts up to 11metres and has a winch suitable for 2 x jet skis, or boats up to 500kg. From your personal floating pontoon you can be enjoying a boat trip to white sandy beaches across the Broadwater in just minutes, or shopping in Surfers Paradise in 15 minutes.
