Souvenir Tuscany offers 2 x king bedrooms, 2 x queen bedrooms and the fifth bedroom has 2 x single beds. The Main bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom along with spectacular water views. Timber shutters all round give the Italian feel while concertina doors open wide to allow the sunshine and cool ocean breezes in and allow access to your private balcony.
The beautiful designer kitchen is a gourmet chef’s delight, fully equipped with all modern appliances and equipment for ease of self catering. A large timber topped island bench is a feature as is the coffee machine - for the enjoyment of the serious coffee lover.

Souvenir Tuscany boasts spacious open plan design with bi-folding doors opening to outdoor barbecue dining and then onto an infinity edge pool over looking the wide water canal and the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater. Dining can be either inside for an intimate dinner or outside for a lavish dinner party for 8-10 persons.
Combined use of stone work throughout complemented by touches of wood on raked ceilings and floors brings the spaciousness of this magnificent home to the fore. Relax by the fire place in the formal lounge room surrounded by fittings and furnishings in the warm colours of bone, neutral, yellow and orange.
The upstairs balcony has bold Italian style balustrade all round with an open wooden beamed roof top canopy and offers canal and open water views. This is a beautiful spot to soak up some sun in the day time but an especially quiet, peaceful place to enjoy a long cool drink at the end of the day while watching the action of the starry night sky.
Home entertainment is big at Souvenir Tuscany. Put out the challenge for an old fashioned game of pool or test your skills on more modern technology. To cater for children, both kiddies and teenagers as well as adults activities, we have supplied bicycles for the family with add on infant seat and helmets for all, Nintendo Wii and interactive video games so you won’t be sitting around bored, a fun electric jeep for the kiddies to jump in and drive around or for the less energetic, relax and enjoy a DVD on the large plasma television
