Consisting of 4 x large bedrooms, 4 x ensuite bathrooms and around 45m² of boutique living, this exquisite home will comfortably accommodate 8 people (additional persons possible on request).
Enter through the solid wood and glass paneled front door to the lavish surrounds of the lower level. You will love the style and class of this incredible home. Finished with Italian travertine and limestone tiles, Jarrah and Rosewood timber and furnished with only the very best. Here you will find the master bedroom featuring a luxurious king sized bed, ensuite with spa bath, double vanity, large walk-in robe and plasma television.
The beautiful French doors open out to the pool, spa and gazebo area. Laze on the daybed under the thatched Balinese gazebo, overlooking the heated spa and 14 metre fully tiled wet edge pool to the stunning ocean just metres away. Sapphire Seas Beach House is the ultimate holiday destination to relax, unwind and treat yourself to the indulgence of luxury that you only ever dreamed of.
Also on the lower level is the large rumpus or entertainment room with the bi-fold doors opening the full width of the room to the ocean and the pool area. The rumpus also features a kitchenette with a bar table and stools and for convenience, a large glass front bar fridge. The secure car garage, entry foyer, additional bathroom and complete laundry are also located on the lower level.
Take the winding staircase to the upper level of this magnificent home. Here you will find the gourmet fully equipped kitchen leading into the inviting and open planned main living and dining areas which flow out on to the large balcony. Plasma televisions can be found in both living areas and the main bedroom along with Bose/Yamaha surround sound.
On this level you will also find the second bedroom with king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe and private balcony, the third bedroom with 2 x queen beds, 2 way bathroom with mirrored built-in robe and private balcony and also the fourth bedroom with bunk beds-double on bottom and single on top.
