The True Essence of Margaret River - Embodying the spirit of this region, the Merribrook Lodge, Manager’s Residence and villas feature deep rammed earth walls, local Jarrah timbers and floor to ceiling large windows framing garden vistas. An Australian architectural feel prevails with verandahs linking the gardens to the interiors. All villas were renovated in 2004 to give a stunning 21st century spa feel to the retreat. Merribrook Retreat - located close to wineries, restaurants, galleries and beaches has developed from a bold vision to an iconic and successful boutique retreat business and country estate and caters for both individual travellers and corporate retreat groups.

The Lakeside Lodge - The main lodge is an impressive building featuring 20 foot ceilings, a large stone fireplace, seating for 40 guests, a lounge area, a fully equipped commercial kitchen and office. For relaxation we welcome you to the Lakeside Lodge which provides a roaring fire and views over the lake. BYO drinks. The lodge terrace has been extensively renovated allowing a seamless integration between the lodge and the rolling lawns down to the water’s edge. The Lakeside Lodge offers you the ultimate in relaxation and here a sumptuous fresh breakfast is served. A library of ‘help yourself’ CD, DVD, and books await for that lazy afternoon.

What ever the weather, the 20m solar heated pool, wood fired sauna, outdoor spa and day bed are always inviting. For the more energetic at heart or those wanting a leisurely stroll take a wander along our 3km walking and running track, by lakes, old orchards, groves of olive, stone pine and cork oak trees.

Elegant Lakeview Retreat Villas - (6) From the indulgence of your elegant and private Lakeview retreat villa enjoy the beautiful scented gardens, the busy bird life and tranquil, panoramic views of Lake Merribrook. 1 x Queen Size bed and single bed - shared room-sleeps maximum 3 persons.
Forest Edge Garden Villas - (3) When relaxing on the verandah of your secluded Forest Edge Garden Villa capture privileged views into virgin forests, a babbling winter creek and surrender to nature's peace. Enjoy star gazing on clear nights. 1 x Queen size bed in separate room, 2 x single beds and double bunks in shared room. Sleeps maximum 6 persons.
The Lake House - (1) Our flagship villa, the chic and secluded Lake House takes the meaning of privacy and indulgence to another level. This stunning villa nestles on its own private lake, in a private valley down a private road and comes fully self contained with spa bath. 1 x King size bed and 1 x single.
Note: Merribrook Retreat has a minimum stay of 3 nights during high season. Extra beds can be added to chalets on request.
