Accommodation at Glass on Glasshouse
These stunning glass pods are nothing short of remarkable. The attention to detail in terms of design and hospitality by the owners is extraordinary. You will be delighted to discover these gems for your next intimate weekend getaway or extended luxury holiday. Truly world class! Each Glass on Glasshouse cottage has been designed with a spacious living area offering magnificent views of one or both of Mount Beerwah and Mount Coonowrin (the two grandest of the Glasshouse Mountains).

These architecturally-designed cottages are surrounded on two sides by floor-to-ceiling glass walls to enhance your views, invite the outside in and give you a feeling of light and space. There is also a deck where you can sit and admire the wildlife or enjoy a sundowner whilst cooking a barbecue dinner.

The main bedroom in your Glass on Glasshouse villa features a comfortable king-size bed (or two singles if requested). The centre-piece of the modern bathroom is a gorgeous freestanding double spa bath. For those romantic winter nights there's a beautiful 2-sided eco-smart fire which can be experienced from the bathroom as well as the lounge. This burns a beautiful flickering blue flame, and uses ethanol as it’s fuel, which is made from a renewable resource (sugar cane) so is very 'green'.

Glass on Glasshouse is primarily designed for couples, however for parties of 3 persons, there's a sofa bed in the lounge which can be made up on request. (additional charge) There is no charge for one infant under 12 months. The property isn't suitable for children 2-8 years.

Should you choose to stay in and feel like cooking, there's a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, Smeg hot plates and a dishwasher for your convenience. All cookware, quality crockery and glassware are supplied for a casual or fine dining experience. For your convenience a washing machine and drying facility is available in the central area.

For entertainment the cottages offer internet access, feature a flat-screen high definition television and Blu-Ray PS3 DVD player. There's also a HiFi system with an iPod dock if you want to listen to your own music.

Included: Breakfast - A tasty breakfast basket is included, with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon and bread. Tea and coffee and an espresso machine are also provided.

We also have an onsite café which is open 6 days (not Tuesday) and has a tasty menu of home-baked lunches and cakes as well as locally grown coffee, and is an open setting with great views of the mango orchard.
