Byron Sunrise is nestled amongst a coastal rainforest and this amazing house is just a 30 second stroll to fantastic ocean views and the beach. The house itself has been fabulously refurbished so all facilities are fresh and new. It is quiet, private and comfortable, and set in a very attractive and relaxing environment. It contains 3 large bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two king single beds. There are specially designed curtains in the apartments, that when drawn at night, provide a nice dark room for a comfortable nights sleep. There is a beautiful ensuite in the master bedroom, a second full bathroom (with toilet, shower and bath), and a third toilet/laundry area. All the bathrooms are stylishly decorated and adorned with quality fittings and materials. There is a gorgeous gourmet chef’s kitchen, with all the high quality modern kitchen appliances you need to prepare delicious meals on your holiday. The lounge and dining areas are spacious, comfortable, and airy, and merge seamlessly with the huge outdoor deck area. The deck itself is a great place to enjoy the morning sunshine or to cook up a delicious barbeque of an evening. It is a fantastic place to recharge the batteries as you take in the garden setting and hear the waves filter through the trees. There are also other great walks to take in the area, such as investigating the picturesque tea tree lake and bridge, or simply take a relaxing stroll on the beach. It is also an easy bike ride or walk to Byron town or Broken Head. Byron sunrise is only a five minute drive to the cultural hub of Byron Bay. The township can lay claim to a diverse range of award winning restaurants and cafes, safe swimming beaches, excellent nightlife and festivals, and great shopping. Byron sunrise is also only 1km from Suffolk Park which has shops, a supermarket, restaurants and a hotel. A trip to the top of Cape Byron and the lighthouse is also a must do while staying in Byron.
