The property has been carefully nurtured and the ten chalets positioned to provide optimum seclusion and privacy for guests. Two of the chalets are configured as a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom design and can cater for 2 x couples traveling together.

The chalets at Forest Rise are designed with north facing sunlight. They each have a separate bedroom and bathroom, with open plan living and kitchen. All areas are spacious but designed to effortlessly blend with the environment. Natural textures and colours are used to create a contemporary yet cosy ambience.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern cooking appliances, fridge, microwave and dishwasher for easy self catering at your leisure. Each chalet features a full size, sheltering verandah with views to the forest, decked with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor setting for casual living. You will find a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron providing all the conveniences of home living.
Relax in the candle-lit spa with glass ceiling over top, for star gazing at night, and music speakers to the bathroom for intimate indulgence. Home crafted aromatherapy soaps, body products and spa gel is provided along with his/hers fluffy towelling robes.
A captivating log fire is a drawcard in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning
ensures indoor comfort during the warmer months, and the private outdoor bush shower is refreshing and invigorating.
The Forest Rise chalet comes complete with entertainment facilities including CD/DVD player, colour television, general release DVD's and board games. Two multi-geared mountain bikes are provided to each chalet, so that you can explore the many nature trails on the property. Forest Rise Nature Booklet detailing the fascinating fauna and flora you can view on each specially marked, self-guided walk trail within our spectacular 240 acre reserve is helpful.
The natural lake has a jetty with an outdoor setting and other seating dotted around the edge, so you can enjoy a relaxing moment by the water, just watching the birds or spending quality time with your partner.
The Executive Homestead at Forest Rise Eco Retreat
Reward yourself with the ultimate indulgence! Forest Rise Homestead is a totally luxurious, fully air conditioned rammed earth and solid timber residence combining contemporary, understated chic with homestead warmth. It sits secluded and majestic, as the indulgent focus of arguably the Margaret River Region’s most critically acclaimed and prestigious eco retreat and is suitable for one couple with total exclusivity or two couples holidaying together.
There’s a magnificent central living pavilion with a suitably huge open fireplace and elegant but comfortable couches from which to enjoy the relaxing ember glow and the entrancing dance of the log-lapping winter flames.
The two, roomy master bedrooms boast macro-suede and luxury linen-wrapped, King-size beds. And both are just a doorway from the wonderfully expansive lounge and dining area with its soaring ceilings, spectacular original paintings and full-length window vistas of the gardens, bushland and meadows beyond. The main master suite has an enchanting bathroom with a fine, splendidly spacious spa offering spectacular views of the outdoors.
There is a second private bathroom to the other master suite. In addition, guests have full use of the well-equipped European Beech and stone gourmet kitchen, the large, private office with workstation and internet connection, and the fully maintained private swimming pool, heated spa and delightful outdoor entertainment area with its very own deluxe barbecue.
Naturally the Homestead has access to all the facilities and services offered to the retreat’s chalet guests, including massage and the provision of glorious, chef-prepared meals and restaurant-quality picnic hampers, upon request.

Your personal chef, Greig Olson and his team, can prepare a sumptuous gourmet meal in the privacy of your chalet. Or you can choose to have irresistibly fresh breakfasts and gourmet hampers delivered to your door, by a number of locally selected gourmet stores (pre-booking is essential).
